My Little Secret

I'm letting you guys in on a little secret, I love Closet Cooking! Kevin has been blogging about his culinary explorations every day for the last year, which really puts me to shame because I'm a bad cook who orders way too much take outs. What I love about his recipes is that he usually cooks for one or a small group of people so all the portions are sensibly small, and you gotta love the close-up shots of the finished products! I picked out these dishes that I'm going to try replicate this month and will let you know they are successes or flops.
